For more than six decades, we’ve been finding automobiles with enough character to make someone stop, look, and remember.
Why we exist
The automotive world doesn't need another showroom full of cars nobody remembers.
We started Davis Auto Sales Inc. because we wanted somewhere to find the cars we actually wanted to own.
The unusual ones. The beautifully preserved ones. The imperfect ones with an interesting story. The cars that disappeared from the roads years ago and somehow managed to survive.
Today, we buy and sell classics from across the country, but the principle hasn’t changed. If a car doesn’t make us curious, we probably shouldn’t be selling it.

We don't believe every old car is a classic. We believe the right one is worth finding.
Our History
It started small. The obsession didn't.
1965
One garage and a big dream.
Davis begin buying tired American cars, repairing them after work, and selling them to friends who would rather drive something interesting than something new.
1978
The first showroom.
The garage is no longer remotely large enough. Davis Auto Sales Inc. opens its first dedicated lot and begins documenting every car that comes through the doors.
1996
Looking beyond America.
European sports cars and grand tourers become a permanent part of the collection.
2014
From our lot to anywhere.
Nationwide sales and enclosed transportation allow collectors across the country to shop Davis Auto Sales Inc. without needing to live around the corner.
